We use open-source error-tracking and exception-monitoring software in a self-hosted environment in Germany to monitor the technical stability of our website and to identify and analyze technical errors. This enables us to detect malfunctions and display errors without visitors having to report them to us.

When a technical error occurs, information processed by the error-tracking system may include the visitor's IP address, operating system, browser type and version, the steps or technical events leading to the error, the time of the error, and relevant technical request information such as HTTP headers.

IP addresses are processed only transiently and are removed or anonymized before the error-event data is stored. We also configure the error-tracking system to avoid storing unnecessary personal data and to remove sensitive information where technically possible.

The collected information is processed exclusively for the purpose of identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical errors and ensuring the security, stability, and proper functioning of our website. It is not used for advertising, marketing, user profiling, or similar purposes.

The error-tracking software is operated by us on self-hosted infrastructure located in Germany. Error data is not transmitted to the developers or providers of the error-tracking software.

Error data is retained for a maximum of 30 days and is deleted thereafter, or earlier where it is no longer required for the analysis and resolution of the relevant error.

The use of the hoster is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. We have a legitimate interest in the most reliable presentation of our website. If a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art.6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO and § 25 para. 1 TTDSG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user's terminal device (e.g. device fingerprinting) as defined by the TTDSG. Order processing
We have concluded an order processing agreement with the above-mentioned hoster. This is a contract required by data protection law, which ensures that the hoster only processes the personal data of our website visitors according to our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

For event registrations we use forms provided by the service Typeform. The provider is TYPEFORM SL, C/Bac de Roda 163, 08018 Barcelona, Spain. Data entered into the form is collected directly by Typeform and processed there on our behalf.
