After completing your project, you are required to submit a proof of appropriate use. This document ensures the allocated funds were used properly and provides an overview of the project's outcomes. The proof must be submitted within two months after the funding period ends (as stated in your contract).

What does the accounting/proof of appropriate use include?
The project accounting (also called proof of appropriate uses) consists of a final report, numerical proof, receipts, press coverage, and additional documentation (e.g., photos, video links). Find a checklist and required documents here:

What does the numerical proof include?
The financial summary comprises a list of receipts for all project expenses, an income statement and a comparison between the approved budget and actual expenses.
Acceptable formats:
Excel template provided by us,
Printout from your own accounting software, or
Documentation submitted to other public funders.
