It provides a framework that, with relatively little bureaucracy, offers a financial cushion. For me, at least, that gives me a lot of courage to imagine projects in the cultural sector with funding and, as a result, greater financial possibilities.

A healthy dose of ambition, mixed with a serious chance of putting it into practice.
