Over the course of several months, spaces were created in which FLINTA craftspeople and artists came together to exchange ideas, network and develop perspectives together. The main focus was on the question of what collective work in the craft sector can look like - discrimination-sensitive, solidary and accessible. artistic and craft practice were combined through workshops, dialogue formats and practical encounters. The programme offered a wide range of networking opportunities: the ‘Material with potential’ format was used to formulate joint demands in the ‘Manifesto kitchen’ and individual lucky charms were made in the ‘Care for each other’ construction corner. Other topics of discussion included: ‘Collective structures & forms of work’, ‘How to grow old with craftsmanship?’ and ‘Appreciation, trust & knowledge transfer
