With the new programme ‘Profile: Socioculture’ as part of 'Neustart Kultur', the Fonds Soziokultur supported development processes for the first time. From over 650 nationwide processes from 2022, we take a closer look at 20 case studies and ask: What can transformation look like in concrete terms? How do institutions use process funding to question, analyse, develop and realign their internal structures?

Inez Boogaarts talks to 20 different cultural organisations about changes, challenges, failures and successes. The topics of the processes range from inclusion, diversity and new formats to funding, organisational development and administration.

Note: The ‘Profile: Socioculture’ funding programme was comprehensively evaluated in 2023 and included in the regular programme of the Fonds Soziokultur due to the extremely positive results.
