Project Accounting

After completing your project, you are required to submit a proof of appropriate use. This document ensures the allocated funds were used properly and provides an overview of the project's outcomes. The proof must be submitted within two months after the funding period ends (as stated in your contract).

What does the accounting/proof of appropriate use include?
The project accounting (called proof of use) consists of a numerical evidence (list of income and expenditure), receipts (invoices, contracts, cash receipts, bank statements), an evaluation or questionnaire provided by us and, if available, press reviews and other documentation (photos, video links, etc.). What does the numerical proof include?
The financial summary comprises a list of receipts for all project expenses, an income statement and a comparison between the approved budget and actual expenses.
