Budget Cuts in 2025?
As for the other Federal Cultural Funds, funding for the Fonds Soziokultur will be significantly reduced in 2025. This is alarming in light of the growing challenges for democracy and cultural cohesion. Art and culture are essential for a free, diverse and democratic society. The nationwide cultural funds in particular work at the heart of civil society. The Fonds Soziokultur stands for cultural participation, accessibility and participation of all people living here.
